# How did it start?

The Pride is a project that was conceptualised by our founder, [dirty](https://twitter.com/D1RTYPR1DE), during the bear market. Noticing that many of the new projects that launched during this time lacked creativity or were poorly managed by teams, he decided to bring his own vision to life.<br>
